Brita Water Filter Replacement
Brita water filters protect your coffee machine from limescale damage and help maintain consistent water quality.
Water hardness varies across the UK, and untreated water can significantly reduce the lifespan of your machine. Brita filtration reduces chlorine, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, and heavy metals before they enter your equipment.
This not only reduces the likelihood of limescale build‑up but also improves the taste of the water used in your drinks.
Untreated water is responsible for the majority of coffee machine faults we encounter. Scale build‑up also reduces energy efficiency, increases running costs, and negatively affects drink quality.
We recommend replacing your Brita water filter annually — or more frequently for high‑volume sites.

Boiler Inspections
All commercial coffee machines must have an up‑to‑date boiler certificate.
Under the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), all work equipment must comply with statutory workplace legislation. This means your machine's boiler requires periodic examination by a qualified boiler inspector.
This inspection is a legal requirement under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (2000) and must be carried out in accordance with a written scheme of examination.
Without valid certification, an environmental officer has the authority to shut down your machine immediately.
