At Mooring Coffee Co Ltd, we aim to make every order smooth, transparent, and stress‑free. These Terms of Service outline how we operate as a commercial supplier and what you can expect when purchasing from us.

1. Our Products
•     All items are commercial‑grade and supplied strictly to business customers. All transactions are classed as business‑to‑business (B2B).
•     Product images are for guidance only — final designs, colours, or finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.
•     If a chosen model, colour, or configuration becomes unavailable, we will offer an equal or superior alternative, and will only proceed with your approval.
•     Our team is available to help you choose the right equipment for your business needs.

2. Pricing & Payment
•     All prices listed exclude VAT.
•     Prices may change occasionally due to supplier adjustments, but we will always honour the price shown at checkout unless there is a clear and obvious error.
•     Leasing and finance options are available on selected equipment, subject to approval by our finance partners.
•     Orders may be subject to additional security or verification checks.

3. Delivery
•     Most items include free delivery unless otherwise stated.
•     All orders under £100 (ex VAT) are subject to a £15 + VAT delivery charge.
•     Standard delivery is to your door or kerbside, Monday–Friday during normal business hours.
•     Next‑day delivery is available on many items when ordered before midday.
•     Please ensure all access routes, doorways, and installation spaces are suitable before ordering — additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access issues.
•     Installation services are available on selected machines and can be arranged prior to delivery.
•     Deliveries to the Highlands and remote areas may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a quote, or we will contact you after your order is placed.
•     Special delivery options (timed, weekend, or premium services) may be available on request.

4. Returns & Warranties
4.1 Warranties
•     Most equipment includes a minimum 12‑month parts warranty.
•     Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Consumable items such as seals, gaskets, and wear‑and‑tear components are not covered.
•     Commercial gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer to maintain warranty validity.
•     If you are unsure what your warranty includes, our team can provide clarification.
4.2 Reporting Issues
•     Any damages, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
•     Please inspect all items before signing for delivery. Items not signed as damaged may not be eligible for return.
4.3 Returns
•     Returns for incorrectly ordered items may incur a restocking fee (typically 5%–25% depending on the product and supplier).
•     Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
•     Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•     Special‑order items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed.
4.4 B2B Sales
•     As all sales are business‑to‑business, Mooring Coffee Co Ltd is not obligated to accept returns or offer refunds for unused items.
•     Any discretionary returns will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis and will always include a restocking fee.

5. Liability
•     Mooring Coffee Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings, business interruption, or additional costs arising from equipment faults, delays, or delivery issues.
•     It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant installation and safety regulations.
•     If you require clarification on equipment requirements or installation standards, our team is here to help.
