✔ Warranties
•     Most equipment includes at least a 12‑month parts warranty.
•     Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, and some consumable parts (such as seals and gaskets) are not included.
•     Commercial gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer to maintain warranty validity.
•     If you’re unsure what your warranty covers, our team is always happy to help.

✔ Reporting Issues
•     Any damages or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
•     Please check all items carefully before signing for delivery, as items not signed as damaged may not be eligible for return.

✔ Returns
•     If you order an item incorrectly or wish to return it, a restocking fee will apply.
•     This typically ranges from 5% to 25% depending on the product and supplier.
•     Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
•     Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•     Special‑order items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed.

✔ Business‑to‑Business Sales
As a supplier of commercial equipment, all sales are made on a business‑to‑business basis.
This means we are not obligated to accept returns or offer refunds for unused items, but we will always try to help where possible and may accept returns at our discretion (restocking fees will apply).
