Shipping policy

For more than 25 years Mooring Coffee Co Ltd have hand‑picked only the most reliable couriers to deliver your orders safely and securely. All parcels include full tracking and insurance. Should anything go wrong, we’ll deal with the courier directly and take the stress off your shoulders.
•     All orders under £100 (ex VAT) are subject to a £15 + VAT delivery charge unless otherwise stated. Anything above is free delivery unless otherwise stated. You will be informed of any additional delivery charges should we incur them from our suppliers. 
•     Standard delivery is direct to your door or kerbside for some larger machines, Monday–Friday during normal business hours.
•     Next‑day delivery is available on many items when ordered before midday.
•     Please ensure all access routes, doorways, and installation spaces are suitable before ordering — additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access issues.
•     Installation services are available on selected machines and can be arranged prior to delivery.
•     Deliveries to the Highlands and remote areas may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a quote, or we will contact you after your order is placed.
•     Special delivery options (timed, weekend, or premium services) may be available on request.
